4mm to 10mm Polymer Self Levelling Screed

The Self Levelling compound is easily applied by using a 6mm-8mm notched trowel & finished using a long tooth spiked roller. 

Grinding or Shotblasting are the preferred methods of preparation. 

Epoxy or Polymer Primer is required on the substrate.

The substrate needs to be a minimum strength of 25 N/mm2. It should be free from laitance, dust & other contamination. The surface should be dry. If no underlying DPM is evident then two coats of Damp Tolerant Primer is required. If residuel Oil contamination is evident within the substrate, then Oil Tolerant Primer is required. Floor Strengthening Primers can be used if the substrate is weak,

5mm thick =3.1m2 per 25kg 

10mm thick = 1.5m2 per 25kg
