Superior Resin Deep Fill Epoxy Mortar is easily applied by Trowel
Grinding/ scabbling or shotblasting are the preferred methods of preparation. Epoxy Primer is required to provide adequate adhesion.
The substrate needs to be a minimum strength of 25 N/mm2. It should be free from laitance, dust & other contamination. The surface should be dry. If no underlying DPM is evident then two coats of Damp Tolerant Primer is required. If residuel Oil contamination is evident within the substrate, then Oil Tolerant Primer is required. Floor Strengthening Primers can be used if the substrate is weak,
