Superior Resin Epoxy Damp Tolerant Primer is a solvent and water free epoxy resin liquid applied surface damp proof membrane. It is designed to withstand moisture vapour from substrates.
Two coats allows immediate installation of moisture sensitive floor finishes onto substrates with a moisture content of up to 100% RH. It also acts as a Radon barrier when applied to a minimum 0.6mm (2 coats)
One coat allows immediate installation of moisture sensitive floor finishes onto substrates with moisture content of up to 85% RH.
Superior Resin damp tolerant is easily applied by roller or a soft squeegee.
Grinding or Shotblasting are the preferred methods of preparation.
The substrate needs to be a minimum strength of 25 N/mm2. It should be free from laitance, dust & other contamination.
The Superior Resin Store High Performance DPM Epoxy Resin Primer is designed for new & aged surfaces with high moisture content & with Relative Humidity of up to 98%
The primer is a two-part epoxy resin floor designed for damp surfaces for over coating with Superior Resin Epoxy High Build floor coatings or levelling screeds.

New Concrete sufaces ( less than one month old)
car service areas, warehouses, factory areas, domestic areas.
On normal surfaces 1 x 5kg Mixed unit will cover 17m2 per coat
for 50m2 (one coat) you will need 3 x 5kg units
for 100m2 (one coat) you will need 6 x 5kg units
for 200m2 (one coat) you will need 12 x 5kg units
