Superior Resin Epoxy Oil Tolerant Primer is a solvent and water free,epoxy resin primer. It is tolerant to residual oil left in concrete floors. It is designed to improve the adhesion to the subtrates that have been previously contaminated with oil. De greasing & normal floor preperation will still need to be undertaken.
Superior Resin oil tolerant is easily applied by roller or a soft squeegee.
De greasing followed with grinding or shotblasting are the preferred methods of preparation.
The substrate needs to be a minimum strength of 25 N/mm2. It should be free from laitance.
The Superior Resin Store High Performance Oil Tolerant Epoxy Resin Primer membrane is designed for oily surfaces. The product is tolerant of residual oil contamination in screeded floors
The primer is a two-part epoxy resin floor designed for oily surfaces for over coating with Superior Resin Epoxy High Build floor coating.

On normal surfaces 1 x 5kg Mixed unit will cover 17m2 per coat
for 50m2 you will need 3 x 5kg units
for 100m2 you will need 6 x 5kg units
for 200m2 you will need 12 x 5kg units
